I was looking at oil filters for the 323i and 325i - are they the same?

K&N HP-7007 - BMW 325i K&N Oil Filter
Reason I ask is, I checked the K&N website and the Mann website. They only have either/or listed, not both. Searched the forums, and I keep finding threads on Oil coolers :S
