If it's a power related modifications and you're an 6AT, I would do in the following order:
1) Tune + BT cable + Boost gauge.
2) Dual Cones.
3) FMIC.
4) Catless dp's.
5) Meth injection.
No need to mess with diverter valves unless your an MT or thinking to run very high boost levels (more then 16psi.) The exhaust would be total waste of money, unless your after a particular sound.
