Its normal....you cannot just go WOT on a 335is from a stand still unless you use the LC. There is a safety mechanism in place that will cut your power to the drive, ie neutral engagement if too much torque at a sudden goes on the tyranny.
This happens if you hit the kickdown under 15 mph to a stand still.
