Wow necrobump...
I've had 3 cars tinted at California Tint with no problem. There's a lifetime warranty on the tint so if there's bubble he'll take care of it. Peter is a very nice guy as the others have said and will give you a good price.
Titanium and ceramic tints have gone up in price. I think he quoted about $350 for those; carbons are less than half of that.
I currently have 30% black/black and I'm happy with it. You should be happy with 35% if you have dark interior.
