you can always source the manifold used, and then buy the DISA adjusters new. unless the manifold was physically damaged, there's going to be little difference between a used one and new one. this you can visually inspect.

additionally, if you buy the manifold used, and it comes with the adjusters, you can test them (valve opens and closes) before actually installing them.

save the money and get a tune or a set of headers.
