I had Elite replace the windshield on my MINI Cooper and they reeeaaaallyy screwed it up, the first one whistled and the second one created a dash rattle that Ralph Schomp still hasn't gotten fixed (even after 5 visits).
I eventually had the windshield re-replaced by Ralph Schomp, although the rattle in the dash is a reminder to never use Elite again!

PS - check into glass coverage, especially here in Colorado - mine is through state farm and is only about $5 a month.
