I just posted pics of an LCI e90 with M3 wheels with M3 offset, courtesy of mtechnik3 spouse's car, so yes, it will fit LCI. Other modifications might be needed, like fender roll, different tire spec, or negative camber, but M3 specs will fit LCI e90 in the rear. See below:
