The link you posted takes me to a UDE page with the X5 picture, but there is no link where to register online. It just talks about what the UDE is. Anyways I gave the 1888 phone number another try and this time said I didn't receive an invitation and she signed me up!!!! She also mentioned something about a Philadelphia event that I should be invited to, but the point is that anybody who wants to sign-up should not mention an invitation apparently.
