A 20% blend is safe for our tune (since COBB doesn't calibrate for E85 usage like the plug-in tunes). A 20% blend is 3 gallons of E85 to one full tank. What I'd recommend is adding the E85 1st at whatever gas station you're going to fill up the rest of the tank at. Wouldn't be too good riding around on a high concentration of E85 until you can fill the tank.

I personally have a 5 gallon gas tank & try to keep 3 gallons of E85 on stand by, that way I can add it right at a gas station before I fill up on 93.
