Quick question guys. I have a 2009 335i Xdrive coupe with a production date of 11/2008. I have the idrive with the hard drive but the settings menu has no update option so I assume that the dealership has to update the software. Is there any way if I have a K+DCAN cable can I update the idrive unit myself so that I can install the USB map updates or is the dealer my only option?
