You will never be able to get the LCI E92 AE's brightness, but you can get close. High quality options ($500-800) include OSS, BavX LS3, and OneEighty. These all require your headlights to be sent in, and they install custom LED rings.
For plug and play solutions, I would go with the LUX H8 V3. MTEC also has a nice offering.
