I don't disagree BMS is opportunistic, but I think I should have said they are opportunistic, but not a developer. I know many companies do the same thing and competition drives development, which is a good thing. But getting back to the main point, BMS did something that was very unethical and it makes you wonder what other unethical things has BMS done over the years. Thanks for the clarification.
