Be more specific. Why you want to change VIN in FRM? What happened? Did you replace it? I will try to help you.
To change VIN you can use WinKfp. Comfort mode / Enter ZUSB / Update ZUSB / ENTER VIN / Programm.
If you replaced your FRM module you have to follow steep A first and on the and step B.
