I know I'm late on this one, but yeah, go to Kuni. BMW of Portland has poor quality control when it comes to their service dept. I bought my e90 there, and have had it serviced there under warranty, and there were times that I got the car back and was able to reproduce the problem in the parking lot, or was able to point out something that was Obviously not put back together correctly.
