The flanges for these are a slip on, so they mate to the OEM midpipes with ease - but it also gives you more flexibility when supercharged and creating a custom exhaust for higher flow, so you are not limited to the OEM pinch points at the flanges. You can just use a flow through clamp instead of the flange for an easy install of your new oversize midpipes. |
I can tell they are coated. When I said unfinished I meant the fact that it doesn't have flanges for the exhaust. I was confused by this post where you showed a set stating there were issues with fitment at the flanges.
