The 313's have an offset of ET39 on the rear,so with a 12.5mm spacer, you're running an offset of ET26.5mm which is very,very aggressive on the E92.
I wouldn't upsize,if it's not rubbing now,it will on a 265/35 tyre.

Whoa ET26.5 on a E92!? I didnt think it was possible. Does the LCI have a different track to the pre lCI?
I had the Coilovers raised to max height on the E90 and a 265 on a Et27 was running for me.
