The dealership can't find the cable because there is no cable for them to find. It's part of the base wiring harness with phone prep. I'm not sure what sound stores you're calling, but you're unlikely to find RF cables there, much less an obscure one like SMB. Like I said, even frys only has one adapter in their entire inventory.
Just buy it on eBay for $5 and wait the 10-15 days.
