Dealership Updates & Injector Adaptations

Two Questions:

Has anyone been able to code their car so that after a CIC retrofit into a CCC vehicle that the dealer is able to code it. Currently when they hook up to my car the dealer gets an error because their system expects to see a CCC module, but instead sees a CIC. So their software won't let them update my car/dme or do anything until they "resolve" this.
Also CAS/NFRM/"one more module" have all had the VO written to them for the CIC/Combox. I did try coding each module one by one with the new VO to factory settings, but stopped at the airbag module because I got an error light and an error in CIC for the airbags. So I had to recode the airbag module for my model year and it fixed it.

Second, is there a way to reset injector adaptations? Ever since replacing my o2's (one failed at 62k miles) I have a delta of about 1 degree(AFR) between bank one and two and believe it has something to do with adaptations from when I had the bad o2's maybe... Procede adaptations reset doesn't fix it.
