If this gets implemented, do you think our cars with cat**** downpipes can pass since the tailpipe test is no longer being used? I run cat**** downpipes without any check engine light because I'm running the Stage II Cobb AP. I'm just not sure when Smog goes to do the test if I will automatically fail when they plug their device into my OBD II because their device can see that the Cobb AP has disabled the check engine light for cat**** purposes. (I have a feeling I would still fail)
