Sounds like we just need one more piece of info: What is the OPTIMAL oil temp for the N54?
- If it's between 230-240, then go with an oil cooler kit that doesn't change the OEM Oil Thermostat: Evolution Racewerks, VK Motorwerks, AR Design, Setrab/Mishimoto DIY
- If it's between 180-230, then the STETT oil cooler kit is the best one since you have the option to delete/use a 180F oil cooler thermostat
