Why didn't you have the cracked valve cover fixed right away, when the tech said it was causing a "huge" oil leak?
If you can't afford to fix your BMW, you can't afford to own a BMW. Oh, unless you intend to make up the gap between [prudent minimum income] and your income by stealing from someone... I guess that would work.
