I agree the cars do not come with mats. I just dont like when people expect the dealer to buy them when you dont let the dealer make any money. Oh, and for what its worth, there is no holdback or any other way the dealer gets paid. If you are kind enough to give them 5's on the survery, they get a bonus for that, thats it - NO HOLDBACK!
