You can do it with the 74 LP400 Lambo fully modded. You have to make sure to get in front by the first turn on both races or you are cooked. If you do get in front they really cant catch you for some reason unless you screw up bad. You have to be really agressive and find the holes at the front stretch before the turn. The one at Monaco is harder since it is narrow streets. Brake really late and be all the way to the right of the pack, and you will get it.
Use these settings:
Trans 162mph
ride height -10/-10
springs leave stock or raise slightly
brakes 6/4
full Downforce--must buy wing
Differential- 25/40/35
