I have a 2007 E90 335i that has a couple of control arm bushings that need to be replaced. I figure the labor is the same either way and I've already put the Michelin Pilot Super Sports on the car, which resulted in some increased body roll, that now would be a good time to go ahead and just upgrade all the suspension and handling parts to their M3 equivalents.

I don't know exactly which parts I need though, and searching/looking through the threads, I don't see that they've all been consolidated into either a How To or a single parts listing.

Does such a thing exist and I've just missed it? If not, can anyone help me put together a parts list?
