I'm almost certain it was a stand alone option. Just like I-drive is a stand alone option, you can have all the packages (like mine for example) but no I-drive so I assume that too was stand alone, but I'm not sure it was available on 07 models anyways..at least it doesn't say on Motor Trend:

I found out Pre-Lci didn't have that option as a stand-alone option either after reading through Motor Trend. N8N has it equipped on his 09 LCI with his Cold Weather Package and according to Motor Trend it's part of the Cold Weather Package on LCI not Pre-Lci
