PB and H, but takes some special work to make it truly delicioso. In the morning, make the PB and H on wheat bread. Put it in your typical plastic sandwich bag, then throw it in your backpack. Take a hike, and when you are getting hungry take the sandwich out (hopefully a few bruises) then set on rock in the sun to bake a bit. Take a swim in the river/stream, then pop a cold soda and enjoy!!!
