had the GP Thunders and they're not bad for less than a price of a drink at a bar...upgraded to the LUX and they're a lot better than the GPs however, if you want the best you should upgrade to an E92 LCI...I did! LOL
But seriously, if you're going for the < $100 ones try ModMy3 they have some CREE LED that are pretty awesome and a lot of San Diego chat members are running them since ModMy3 is local
