Well Autobild is VW/Audi sponsored, in every "test" they had either a VW or Audi won.
I would wait for final judgment once there is a real source for this.
Besides, its 100% clear that all cars use way more fuel in real driving then they state in the standard test cycle, therefore obviously more emissions.
For me it was usually 20-30% in every car with my normal driving style above what they state in the European test cycle.
