Hey guys I recently started to notice that at night time when im behind another car my headlight beam would bounce.. its hard to describe but it bounces up and down at a very fast rate (similar to a motorcycle headlight).. this only happens on rough roads or when im changing lanes.. a quick search yielded a few threads with people having the same problem...

and now here's my question..
I have after market HID's, angel eye bulbs, and corner bulbs.. I plan to take my car to Crevier BMW.. is this going to be a issue or should I re-install my stock bulbs than bring it back in? I also wanted to get the fuel pump recall done and get my car checked out because as of late i have felt turbo lag.. I also seem to have the wastegate issue I need to get checked out... any input would be greatly appreciated.. sorry for the cluttered post
