If you want to be conservative go with the white pad, it's less likely to leave haze behind. If you're really set on removing as many swirls as possible then I'd go with the orange pad. If you had white paint I'd say definitely go with the orange pad but again the Black BMW paint makes it a tougher call. You could also test both options instead of just one to see what you like best.
