I got my partners 320i done at Tint-Ur-Ride on the Gold Coast and it looks fine... I'm a fussy bugger and haven't noticed any issues with the rear window at all. I'll have to go look tomorrow morning.
oh, and they only charged $200 for 35% on the front windows and 55% for the 3 rears.
