A tune will void any warranty items BMW can attribute to the tune. Ie drive train, engine etc....
If youre worried about warranty spend the extra cash on the BMW perfomance upgrade with exhaust. Not as good as a Procede tune but from reports adds a decent amount without voiding warranty.
