Yea, i've been looking for one and came across this one also, not having an oil cooler is a huge deal breaker, and having to go through the bull to get it retrofitted is an annoyance. Id offer them 30k if i was you, and see if you can make a deal at 32k, as long as they are willing to put that oil cooler on, i wouldn't even be worried about the wheels.
