Where it belongs, on the shelf at Pep Boys with the filter! LOL
I have one in my Nissan, but I really don't want to put one in the 335. I've taken the 335 filter out before, and it's unconventional. Since maintenance is free for 4 years, I personally wouldn't want to change from OEM. Actually, K&N falls into one of PT Barnum's categories, just not sure which (fool some all, fool all some, fool all all). I think maybe it's #2, because I got fooled on the Nissan but not BMW.
