When getting a log all you really need is just getting a single gear pull or two. You don't need to get the car driving normally(unless you're having an issue you're trying to isolate.)
As far as the logs go, you're having some timing corrections but nothing too serious. You are having some overboosts happening that's causing some throttle closures, that's something you'll probably want to take care of. Here's a thread on dealing with boost overshoots
