I don't know how helpful we can be in this instance. All you can really do is have the body shop look at all your IC piping and make sure that there are no leaks. If all that checks out clear, the best bet would be to take it to the dealership. There is just too much that can go wrong in an accident/repair scenario to troubleshoot anything over the telephone. Needs a proper inspection by those who actually did the repair work.
