The newest 9-10 maps will have selection folders for auto or manual transmission. Then inside those folders are individual tune files numbered Stage 0-3. Stage 0 is for 91 octane or some cars that just don't handle as much boost as most. Stage 1 is for 93 octane and minimal mods. Stage 2 would work with a FMIC and intake. Stage 3 would need FMIC, intake, and DPs with 93 octane. The reason for the manual selection is that autotuning is not active on any of these aggressive maps.
If you don't want to fool with it, run the 7-29 autotuning map for your transmission.
Make sure you have uploaded the proper firmware (v111). Also, unzipping the contents leads to failure on my Vista laptop due to a file name with a colon in it. Anytime I unzip those files, I choose SKIP, not CANCEL.
