use Goof Off man....a small can is like 5 bucks...rub it on the paint, let it soak a little and wipe off with a clean cloth using a little pressure. it's not going to cost you more than 2 clean rags, $5.00 can of GoofOff, and elbow grease. Trust me it works. My e36 was vandalized with spraypaint on both the front and passer side doors on the left side of the car. the paint dried in the sun for more than a day and I used the Goof Off. 2 hrs later it was gone. I gave the car a good wash and waxing afterwards.
