After keeping my car for almost a week, making more adjustments to correct the issue, well, not corrected at all, in fact, no improvement. They told me that they tested multiple 328's and said that it happens to be normal because of the engine and they said that it is the "characteristic" of the car. Whaaaaaaaaaat? The problem with the car I think is, the power steering unit is pulling so much power from the engine(about 150rpm drop) when turning the steering wheel. At least that is what I found when I decided to troubleshoot it myself. I gave it a little gas to about 900rpm and turned the steering wheel and the rpm dropped to 750.
I am done with this car and ready to get rid of it. Also consulted with the lawyer to lemon the car and how about that, I do have a case and the lawyer already sent BMW a letter regarding my case. No out of pocket money for me win or lose.
