live trace will never work for this. trust me, i do vinyl all day long (even for this 1addicts site) - if you send a blob to the cutter, you'll get a sticker that looks like a blob. your best bet is trying to track down that font or just use one close to it. use illustrator only, photoshop will not work for vinyl. hope that helped?
