sway bar bushings

There are brackets that fit, however at $30+ a piece I opted to cut the bushings off and use my old brackets with new bushings. I used some vice grips and channel locks. They seem really rigid, but aren't that hard to get off. I gripped and pulled the bushing with channel locks and used a straight razor held by the vice grips to cut it off. A heat gun will help soften it up a bit too. lmk if u need anymore help.
