Choose the 9.5 and 10.5 wheels.It will look better and will be more aggressive looking.

Here is a E92 with 19x9.5 +20 225/35/19 front & 19x11 +25 tyre 265/30/19 rear. Fender roll to rear and more - camber.

Your rear will retract 1mm from that. Its basically the setup you are considering, but he has 11 wide rear.
In your case i would choose 255/35/18 rear and 225/40/18 front. Remember you can't roll your front fenders those are plastic.
