On the rear note tho, will that help or decrease the performance/speed? Wonder if it also will help my gas consumption. i used to do around 650km per tank now with new wheels im doing 490-510km.

Damn Bro, that is very low pressure. Lucky the tires were still ok. Yea man, check the pressure regularly (once a month). Better for the tires, fuel consumption and handling.
