Yes, most definitely
This will work on E92 with production date up to 03/2009...
As well as E82/88/90/91/93 of certain years
The heated function has nothing to do with fitment - there are just (2) little metal contact tabs on back - see pic of backside - that wires would connect to if you had heated function. Since you don't, you just won't plug anything on to them.
Simply pop off your existing mirror, pop on the new one - takes about 20sec - easiest mod you'll ever do
