well you say that there was as story in paper GM are putting a system in their cars as of this year and it was used for the first time the other day to kill power to a stolen car in order to stop a pursuit, I'm sure it would be possible but I'm sure theres some privacy law that prevents it in this country you never know, probably as it would make your insurance premium go down and now we would not want that
