I remember one time I came up against one of these in my old 200sx (why did I break it for parts, oh yea to get my beemer) was cruising along at 100mph on the private motorway when all of a sudden something is like 2" off my bumper...crapped it thinking it may be the private traffic cops I have on my estate so slowed down to 70, pulled into middle lane and along passes this blue 2008/2009 audi S3.....so I thought "oh no you don't" dropped a gear or two
and promptly flew back up behind him, few flashes and he wouldn't move over so undertook (silly I know, but you know...) and went past him like he was sitting still
accelerated upto 155 and he was a good bit behind me in the distance, slowed down for him to catch up and he gave the thumbs up! that would have been 262bhp, my Nissan was 400bhp and looked like a pile of shite if i'm honest. No contest but it had to be done...sorry slightly off topic I just like telling the story, most of these S3 owners think they are untouchable.
