Honestly, like most Japanese cars, the MDX offers the most value so I might go with that one. The X5 is very nice but to get one that's nicely equipped, I would be looking at about $700-800 a month (don't want to pay that much on a lease). Other than that both the X5 and the MDX are great vehicles. Both have great crash test ratings so that's a plus since you guys are expecting a new member to the family (although German cars are usually stiffer).
I've also considered the Mazda CX-9 but like the look of the MDX and X5 much better. |
The MDX does look better than the Mazda.
