I would call up your local parts dept and ask them. Look at the pictures in this DIY as well. If you have a flange that matches up with the exhaust headers then I guess you won't need to cut but if it's just a pipe that ends you will probably need to cut. You can always take it to a muffler shop and have them do it as well.
