Terry emailed me yesterday saying it was a tuner code and that I should ignore it. I've been running map 0 since then and the car feels awesome. No delays in the shifts at all.
It's definitely a tune related problem. My biggest concern though, is that these problems weren't present when the tune was installed. They became present after I installed the downpipe.
