It even shows the work that had not been authorized e.g. complaint regarding grinding noise from differential... not authorised... and surprise mother fucking surprise... I only had to have the pinion swapped out and have it regreased shortly after that... when it should have been done under warranty but they kept rejecting the claim by the previous owner.
